Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please review this policy carefully before making a booking with WOSH.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their condominium, apartment, office, or building management permits on-site car washing and that a designated washing area with access to water is available before making a booking.

If our team arrives at the scheduled location but is unable to perform the service due to:

  • Building management denying access or permission for on-site car washing;
  • No designated washing area being available; or
  • Lack of access to water resulting in failure to carry out the job

the booking will be deemed a completed service visit. No refund, rescheduling, or credit will be provided, as our team has already travelled to the location and reserved the scheduled appointment.

When refunds or rescheduling apply

Refunds or complimentary rescheduling will only be provided if we are unable to fulfil your booking due to circumstances within our control. This includes situations such as shortage of manpower due to staff's illness or emergency leave, or unforeseen operational issues where we are unable to arrange a suitable replacement to complete your scheduled service.
