12What happens if my building management does not allow car washing?
Customers are responsible for confirming with their building management that on-site car washing and access to water and electricity are permitted before making a booking.
If our team arrives and is unable to perform the service due to management restrictions, the booking may be cancelled and a call-out fee may apply.
13Can you wash my car at my office or condominium?
Yes. We provide convenient on-site cleaning at homes, offices, condominiums, and designated parking areas.
